NOFOMA uses a double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. Authors need to ensure that their full paper are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. Key items that need to be observed in order to ensure anonymity are:
- Remove any identifying information, including author names, to ensure that the manuscript is anonymized. Ensure document properties are also anonymized and make sure figures do not contain any affiliation related identifier.
- Do not eliminate essential self-references or other references but limit self-references only to papers that are relevant for those reviewing the submitted paper. When self-referencing, please make sure that this is worded in such a way that you as author(s) cannot be identified e.g. “previous research has demonstrated” not “our previous research has demonstrated”.
- Remove references to funding sources. Any references to funding sources should be included in the final submission.
- Do not include acknowledgments. Any Acknowledgments should be included in the final submission.
Based on reviewer’s comments, authors need to upload an answer to reviewer comments together with the full paper submission. We suggest authors to use the following template
