Associate Professor Andreas Wieland
Andreas Wieland is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Risk Management at the Department of Operations Management, Copenhagen Business School. In the past, he was the Head of the Kühne Foundation Center for International Logistics Networks at the Department of Logistics, Technical University of Berlin.
His current research interests include resilient and socially responsible supply chains. His articles have appeared in journals such as International Journal of Logistics Management, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Journal of Business Logistics, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, and Supply Chain Management Review.
He is the European Co-Editor of the Journal of Business Logistics and Co-Chair of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals’ (CSCMP) European Research Seminar. He is a Senior Associate Editor of other leadings journals. He is the recipient of several research, teaching and service awards. He currently teaches classes in supply chain management and he is a faculty member of CBS’s Full-time MBA. He is a member of several organizations, including Nordic Logistics Research Network (NOFOMA). He is also the editor of the blog scmresearch.org.
